We’ve got Canadian bloggers coast to coast, and they’re constantly cranking out great content. While some of them are travelling the world and living location independent lifestyles, they still take the time to write about their homes. Here are 10 you should be following.

Corbin Fraser at I Backpack Canada  - After a Round the World trip, Corbin decided to steal his mother’s car and travel across Canada on a tight budget. He still writes solely about backpacking in Canada, and even won a “Best Travel Blog” award from the Canadian Tourism Commission. Read up on Five best places to bungee jump and why Saskatchewan doesn’t suck.

Pamela MacNaughtan of Spunky Girl Monologues - Pamela’s blog is for women travellers around the globe, and features a variety of contributing authors. Her Canadian section has great posts especially about the west coast, including the Columbia Icefield in Banff National Park.

Dalene and Peter Heck of Hecktic Travels - Dalene and Peter sold everything they own to live a life of travel. They’ve also travelled all across the country and have a great deal of colourful photos to share, including this Newfoundland-inspired photo essay.

Lori Henry of LoriHenry.ca - Lori is a travel writer extraordinaire based in Vancouver. She covers topics like dance, solo travel, outdoor adventure, and of course, Canada.  Check out her blog for some great writing, including what it’s like to live in chilly Nunavut.

Carrie Kellenberger of My Several Worlds - Carrie currently lives in Asia and is a writer, editor and photographer. Despite being an expat for nearly 10 years, Carrie also writes about Canada and the west coast.

Dave and Deb of The Planet D - Canada’s adventure couple are two of the most well-known travel bloggers going, and when you peruse their stories, it’s not hard to see why. For a little Canadian love, including some jaw-dropping photos, check out “A Land of Four Seasons.”

Cailin O’Neil of Travel Yourself – Fellow CheapOair Canadian blogger, Cailin is a filmmaker born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This past summer she took some time to explore Atlantic Canada. For some highlights, check out her video on tidal bore rafting in Shubenacadie!

Carlo Alcos of Vagabonderz – Carlo lived in Australia and spent some time backpacking before coming back to Canada this past year. He’s settled in Nelson, British Columbia for now and often writes about his new laid-back, small-town life.

Alouise Dittrick of Traveler Ahoy - Alouise is an Albertan-based travel writer with big travel plans. For now, she’s writing about life in Canada and road trip adventures.

Jeannie Mark of Nomadic Chick - Jeannie left her job last year to start her worldly travels, including a trek across the country. Her stories include a fun CouchSurfing experience in Montreal and a salsa night in Toronto.
